Want to incorporate Project EDI in your classroom? Below are some classroom activities that could be introduced following a screening of the documentary.
- What do the words equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) mean to you?
- Draw or write the spaces that make you feel safe and included in the school.
- Draw or write the spaces that DON’T make you feel safe or included in the school.
- Reflect, why do these spaces, places, and/or people make you feel this way?
- What can the school do to make negative or unsafe areas more comfortable?
